Privacy Notice on the Protection of Personal Data

Your personal data is processed by Musa Göksu (Merkez Mah., Geçit Sk. No: 4/A, 34381 Şişli, Istanbul, Türkiye) acting as data controller, within the scope described below.

The appointment request form on this site does not store your details or send them to any server. They are only turned into a text message on your own device, and it is up to you whether to send it. If you send it, the following reaches the clinic’s mobile phone:

• your full name and the phone number the message is sent from,
• who the request is for (yourself or your child),
• the treatment you are interested in,
• the days and times that suit you,
• your optional note.

The treatment you are interested in may qualify as health data. You are not asked to share health details in the form; these are discussed at the examination. No cookie-based tracking or analytics is used on this site.

Your data is processed solely to respond to your appointment request, that is, to call you and agree on a day and time for an examination. Your data is collected electronically through the text message you send. This is directly related to establishing the examination and treatment relationship (Article 5/2-c of the KVKK). Information that may qualify as health data is processed by the doctor, who is bound by professional secrecy, for carrying out and planning medical diagnosis and treatment services (Article 6/3-e of the KVKK). For this reason, your explicit consent is not requested.

Your message reaches the clinic’s mobile phone as a text message (SMS) through your mobile operator and is kept only on that phone. Cloud backup of messages and internet-based messaging features are switched off on that phone. Your data is not transferred abroad, not shared with third parties and not used for advertising or marketing.

Appointment request messages are kept for no longer than 6 months from the date they are received and are deleted thereafter. Patient records created if you attend an examination are subject to the separate retention periods of health legislation. You may ask for your request to be deleted earlier at any time.

You have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly,
• Know the third parties to whom your data is transferred, in Turkey or abroad,
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
• Request erasure or destruction of your data under Article 7 of the KVKK,
• Request that such corrections or erasures be notified to third-party recipients,
• Object to results arising solely from automated analysis of your data,
• Claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.

You may submit requests regarding your rights in writing to the clinic address, in accordance with the applicable Turkish regulation on applications to data controllers. Applications are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
