Is there an age limit for orthodontic treatment?
There is no upper age limit as long as the teeth and surrounding bone are healthy. In adults, gum and bone health is assessed first.
Does treatment hurt?
For a few days after switching to a new aligner or adjusting braces, your teeth may feel pressure and tenderness. This usually eases quickly.
How long does treatment take?
It depends on your teeth. Simple cases can take a few months, more complex cases longer. Your own timeline becomes clear after the examination and planning.
How many hours a day are aligners worn?
Usually 20–22 hours a day. They come out only to eat and to brush your teeth.
What happens at the first examination?
